Update

So another update. 
Hair: It's been a long couple of weeks, as the weeks went by I just didn't feel like doing anything to my hair. So I looked like a hot mess lol. I finally washed, Deep conditioned and trimmed my ends and I plan on doing nothing to my hair for the next couple of...well a while lol.

Skin: I've been keeping up with applying shea butter. Although I missed applying it twice a days for two days and only got to once which was a bummer, I'm back on track.

Body: As for my wanting to get in shape and work out, I missed the weekend but did 50 min the last time and then 50 min today. Since it's that" Time of the month" I don't see myself working out tomorrow but Thursday I should be good to go.
So overall, I think I'm doing alright. I just need to keep it up!
